The Manchester Evening News newspaper recommended This N That Indian cafe last week so we gave it a try. Other than that I love to visit both Rusholme (Indian cuisine) and China Town for superb oriental food. The Beef Rendang starter is delicious and the fairly plain steak Ramen is a good choice for main. The newest one at the Corn Exchange is my favorite. My favourite Asian restaurant in Manchester is Tampopo which has 3 locations (2 in the city and one in the Trafford Centre. Other than dancing I have been hunting for the best Asian food in Manchester.

I have avoided winters in Manchester for many years so I am not looking forward to a full grey, wet and windy Manchester winter this year, but salsa music, dancing and the occasional mojito cocktail is probably a good alternative. I plan on visiting exotic Bali next year, but for now I think salsa will tide me over through the cold British winter. I find that going to salsa classes gives me that exotic element which Asian travel used to give me.

The music is exotic- I have been a fan of all the Buena Visa Club artists for many years, plus various other forms of Latin music. Easy! 'Character Interviews': fully animated character interviews with all of your favourites from the film! 'Behind The Scenes': go behind the scenes of the making of the movie. 'Pixar Studio Tour': a fast paced tour of Pixar Studios from the eyes of a kid, see what goes into making an animated feature (5 mins). You can even have the story read to you or read it at your own pace!. 'Storytime': spend a day with Nemo as he heads off to school. 'Fish Charades': just like the classic game only with fish! 'Knick Knack': a fully restored and remastered version of this Pixar short film. Ray teaches you all about the real live fish that inspired the characters of the movie.

'Art Galleries': see original artwork from the various environments throughout the film. 'Exploring The Reef': join Jean-Michel Cousteau on an underwater adventure. 'Art Review': an exploration of the artwork of Nemo (8 mins). 'Making Nemo Documentary': a look at what went into making the movie, learn the secrets about creating realistic water, talking fish, and much more (25 mins). 'Virtual Aquariums': turn off the text of various menus throughout both discs and turn your television into a virtual aquarium.

'Visual Commentary': watch the movie with the filmmakers‘ commentary, at several points throughout they will take you away from the film to view deleted scenes, original concepts, and other elements, then return you to where you left off!. 'Disc Introductions': introductions to the Finding Nemo DVDs from the film’s directors Andrew Stanton and Lee Unkrich as well as co-writer Bob Peterson. Dory and Marlin travel the ocean in search of Nemo and have a great number of adventures before eventually being reunited with him. Nemo's father, Marlin, is desperate to find his son, and enlists the help of Dory to find him. In defiance of his father, Nemo swims over the dropoff to see the boat that is far above him. Nemo's mother was killed here in order to save Nemo from predators. He is playing with his friends near the edge of the dropoff when his father tearfully reminds him of its dangers. It is time for Nemo to head to school and his father has brought him to the "bus" stop.
